Dr. Byers is very rude and short with his patients. His doors say walk-ins are accepted any time, but if you try to walk in for an appointment he is rude and will turn you away. He informed me that contrary to what is posted, he only accepts walk-ins on Saturday’s. When asked for the hours on Saturday, he made it sound like they were open all day when in fact they close at 12:00. His prices are significantly cheaper than anywhere else in the area, but I will not be back to his office after this most recent experience. I’d rather pay twice the amount to have a better experience with a doctor that is actually nice and polite. All the staff in his office is very friendly, as well as the staff in the attached Walmart Vision Center, but because of his nasty attitude they have lost all of my business from here on.
