Spending Christmas Eve night cleaning multiple massive dirt dobber nests off of a supposedly brand new $600+ set of bunk beds is certainly not my idea of a happy holiday, but I suppose I should have expected as much when this was the only place in any of the surrounding towns that wanted to charge extra for the slats that should have come with the bed. The customer service was excellent the first time we went in the store and we had zero complaints, unfortunately the same cannot be said of the night we actually made the purchase. If I had known that the new beds would have not only been dirty, but home to bugs for who knows how long before we brought the beds home, I can pretty safely say we would not have made the purchase.
